摘　　要：通过应用Mold flow/MPI软件,对电脑面板零件的注射成型过程进行了CAE流动模拟分析,显示了CAE技术在模具开发过程中对于最佳浇口位置与浇口数量的确定、流道系统的布置、塑件设计优化、模具一次试模成功率等方面所起到的突出作用。In the article, CAE flow of the process of the injection molding of a computer cover is analyzed in Mold Flow/MPI software, which indicates that the special contributions of CAE technology in defining the optimal position and optimal number of gate, distribution of flow path system, the optimization of plastic part design, the fulfilling ratio of once-testing mould.
