摘　　要：改革开放三十年,高校共青团工作在政治职能、服务职能、学习职能、组织职能等方面都呈现出新的亮点,同时也面临着诸多挑战。引导青年明确社会主义核心价值体系的指导地位,树立高校共青团工作新的价值取向,建立高校共青团工作的服务机制,通过推进信息化建设拓展高校共青团工作的新空间,通过建立评价机制确保高校共青团工作取得实效,是新形势下高校共青团工作的发展趋势和主要任务。During the thiry years after China＇s reform and opening- up to the world, the Communist Youth League＇s work in universities has shown new features in such functions as politics, service, study, and organization. In the meanwhile, there also have been many challenges. Therefore, we should guide the youuth to understand the leading position of socialist core value system, choose new value orientation for the Communist Youth League＇ s work in universities, establish service system for the work, extend new space for the work by promoting information construction, make sure the work to be effective by establishing evaluation system, which will be the tendency and major task for the Communist Youth League＇s work in universities in the new era.
