摘　　要：本文介绍了一种主要由线性集成电路和数字集成电路组成的输出反馈式模拟－－数字转换装置，可用于实现气体质量流量的较高精度测量，并能以数字信号或模拟信号的形式显示。This paper introduces the output feed-back analog to digital converter meinly made up of linear analog IC_s and digital IC_s,which can be applied to high aceuracy of measurement to gas mass-flow rate. The measurment can be displayed in the form of digital or analog signals.
