摘　　要：介绍了该水利枢纽工程的概况,从防洪标准、渗流安全、橡胶坝的稳定及就应力结构强度、启闭机工作台、下游消能等方面分析了该水利枢纽工程的现状,分别对闸、坝进行了渗流、稳定分析,提出了加固措施。The general layout of Biwanqu Water Control Project is described. The flood control criterion and seepage rate of the project, the structural strength and stability against sliding of the rubber dam and the flood releasing sluice are checked. The reinforcement measures for the main structures of the project are proposed.
