抗生丸对高血压患者血管内皮功能影响的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究抗生丸活血化瘀作用对高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:采用放射免疫法,测定一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)含量。采用超声法测血管舒张功能(DO、FMD)。给药方案为:治疗Ⅰ组(50例)口服抗生丸每天2次,每次2丸;治疗Ⅱ组(50例)在给予上述治疗的基础上,加服丹参片每天3次,每次4片;对照组(50例)口服丹参片每天3次,每次4片;三组连续用药时间均为45d;正常组(20例)不给任何药物。结果:三组治疗前后三种物质(NO、ET-1、FMD)比较,P<0.05;三组治疗前组间DO、治疗后组间DO与正常组相比较无显著性差异,P>0.05;三组治疗后三种物质与正常组比较具有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:抗生丸对高血压患者NO、ET-1、FMD具有调节作用。病人同时患有骨质增生和高血压疾病时,亦可只应用抗生丸,无需加服丹参片,利用抗生丸活血化瘀功能,在调节NO、ET-1、FMD方面与服用丹参片的效果相当。Objective： To study the effects of kangshengwan for vascular endothelial function in hypertension patients. Methods： The contents of nitric oxide （NO） and endothelin-1 were determined by radioimmunoassay. The function of vasodilation （DO, FMD） were determined by uhrosonic method. The treatment schemes were as follows. The first treatment group （50 cases） was administrated orally with kangshengwan, 2 pills each time, 2 times one day. Based on above, the second treatment group （50 cases） was given orally danshen tablets in addition, 4 tablets each time, 3 times one day. The control group （50 cases） was treated orally with danshen tablets only, 4 tablets each time, 3 times one day. The normal group wasn＇ t given any drugs. The treatment course of the three groups was 45 days. Results： Three materials （NO ,ET-1 ,FMD） after treatment showed significant changes compared with pretreatment （P 〈 0.05）, and DO in three groups showed no significant difference compared with normal group （P 〉 0.05） before and after treatment. Three materials in three groups after treatment showed significant differences compared with the normal group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Kangsheng-wan could regulate NO,ET-1 ,FMD in the hypertension patients. Hypertension patients with osteoporosis can take kangshengwan without dansben tablets. Kangshengwan had the same effect as danshen tablets in regulating NO ,ET-1 ,FMD.
