单髁膝关节置换术后髌腱长度的变化

Methods The unicompartmental knee arthroplasty was performed on 41 knees of 34 patients from March 2005 to January 2008 by one surgeon.The osteoarthritis was diagnosed in all knees.The length of patellar tendon and the range of motion were measured and WOMAC score were recorded before and 8 months after operation. The statistical and linear correlation analysis was made within groups. Results There was no statistical significance between the length of patellar tendon before and after the operation（P〉0.01）.Nevertheless, it occurred between the range of motion, pain, stiffness and function before and after the operation （P〈0.01）.Linear correlation was not found between shortening of patellar tendon and the range of motion, pain, stiffness and function after the operation （P〉0.01）. Conclusion The unicompartmental knee arthroplasty has slight injury and interference with biomechanics of knee and it is worth spreading.
