摘　　要：研究杜仲雄花乙酸乙酯提取物的抗惊厥作用。观察不同剂量乙酸乙酯提取物对小鼠自主活动的影响、直接中枢镇静作用和抗惊厥作用。杜仲雄花乙酸乙酯提取物具有显著的中枢镇静作用,显著减少小鼠的自主活动次数;显著减少惊厥小鼠数,延长惊厥潜伏期。杜仲雄花乙酸乙酯提取物具有良好的抗惊厥作用。The sedative and hypnotic effects of ethyl acetate extracts of eucommia male flowers were studied. The active components ira eucommia male flowers with the ethyl acetate were extracted. The effects on spontaneous activity of mice were investigated, sedative efl~.cls on mice＇ central nen＇ous system, and anticonvulsant effects tff ethyl acetate extracts of eucommia male flowers with different dose. Ethyl acetate extracts of eucommia male flowers could indnee mice to sleep or significantly inhibit the spontaneous activity; the eclampsia rate of mice was reduced effectively and the convulsions latency was significantly prolonged. Ethyl acetate extracts of eucommia male flowers possess obviously anticonvulsant effects in mice,
