摘　　要：文章介绍了海关现有的通关流程，并以EEPC和赋时Petri网作为海关通关流程再造建模工具，借住EEPC分析矩阵，提出了基于无纸通关事后交单的通关流程再造方案。并且通过仿真软件Witness检验了再造后流程的有效性和可行性。The paper explains the current customs clearance process, then it uses EEPC and TPN as customs BPR tool and analysis matrix to deduce clearance process reengineering based on clearance without documents. Finally it tests the validity and feasibility of the reengineered process through simulation software WITNESS.
