摘 要:用茶叶生态染色技术对苎麻织物进行染色,制定出茶叶染苎麻织物的最佳工艺条件,但其上染率和固色率低、色牢度差。为改进染色效果,加入不同媒染剂和促染剂,发现其上染率、固色率和色牢度均提高,但苎麻织物的色光发生了变化,且添加剂也污染环境。利用STC-1阳离子化剂,对苎麻进行阳离子化改性后再用茶叶染色,发现其上染率、固色率和各项色牢度均有明显提高且不需要固色,各项指标均达到国家标准。The ecological staining technique of ramie with tea-leaves was researched, and the best process conditions were obtained. But there were low rate of dye-uptake, fixation, and poor eolour fastness. When the ramie were dyed by tea-leaves with different mordants and fixation accelerators, the rate of dye-uptake, fixation, and colour fastness were better. In addition, the mordants used in dyeing are harmful to environment, and the shade of ramie was changed. By modifying ramie with cationic agent STC-1 and dyeing the modified fabric with tea-leaves, the rate of dye-uptake, fixation and colour fastness were highly increased and measured up to the national standards without no-formaldehyde fixing agent.
