硝酸盐氧化法测定总胆红素的方法学评价

摘  要:目的对硝酸盐氧化法测定血清总胆红素的技术性能进行方法学评价。方法采用硝酸盐氧化法测定血清总胆红素水平,并与钒酸盐氧化法进行比较,同时对硝酸盐氧化法的检测性能进行分析和总结。结果硝酸盐氧化法与钒酸盐氧化法具有良好的相关性;测定总胆红素的批内CV=2.1%,批间CV=2.78%,回收率为99.8%;方法线性可达342μmol/L;溶血及脂浊标本对测定无明显干扰。结论硝酸盐氧化法测定血清总胆红素准确、实用。Objective To evaluate and study the technical property of enitrate oxidation method for measuring total bilirubin in serum. Methods As compared with the diazo method and to analyze and conclude the measuring property of the enti-method, contents of total bilirubin in serum were examined using the enitrate oxidate method. Results There was a good correlation between the enitrate oxidation and diazo method and the vanadilcm-acid oxidalion method. The daily variation of total bilirubin were about 2.1%, and the daily variation of total bilirubin was about 2.78%, respectively. The average recovery rate of total bilirubin was 99.8%, respectively. The linear range of total bilirubin was as high as 342.0 μmol/L. Hemoglobin did not significantly interfere with measuring for total bilirubin and did little to negatively interfere with measuring for direct bilirubin. Lipidemia did not significantly interfere with the detection. Conclusion The enitrate oxidation method was accurate and thus can be used in routine measuring for total bilirubin.
