云南斯氏狸殖吸虫染色体核型的研究

摘　　要：目的了解云南斯氏狸殖吸虫染色体核型。方法取云南斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫卵巢和睾丸,经短期细胞培养后制作染色体标本片,显微镜观察并照相。结果云南斯氏狸殖吸虫的染色体核型为n=11和2n=22。结论云南斯氏狸殖吸虫染色体核型与四川斯氏狸殖吸虫相同。Objective To study the chromosome karyotype of Paragonimus skrjabini distributed in Yunnan. Methods The ovaries and teste were collected from adult P. slerjabini distributed in Yunnan. Chromosome specimens were prepared after short-term cell culture. Chromosome specimens were observed and photographed under a microscope. Resails The chromosome karyotype of P. slerjabini was n 11 and 2n=22. Conclusion The chromosome karyotype of P. sterjabini distributed in Yunnan is the same as that of P. slerjabini distributed in Sichuan.
