联络护士在临床科室专科护理模式中的实践

摘　　要：目的探讨以联络护士为主导开展临床专科护理实践的办法。方法选派护理骨干作为联络护士参与到医院8个专科护理小组,积极创造条件引导其在科内开展专科护理临床实践,同时建立专科护理交流平台,促进各专科护理在科内的横向交流。结果联络护士的实践能力、工作主动性以及科室护士专科知识总体水平得到提高,患者安全事件发生率下降。结论联络护士在临床专科护理实践中推动了新的护理理念与方法在临床的应用,解决了临床护理问题,促进了护理组整体水平的提高。Objective To explore the way of nursing practice with the liaison nurse was the leading role. Methods Some backbone nurses were appointed to 8 specialized nursing groups in the hospital as the liaison nurses. They were asked to conduct the clinical practice within the group and to promote the inter-group communications. Results The practical ability and work initiatives of the liaison nurses and the overall specialized nursing knowledge of each of the groups were enhanced, and the rate of security accidents dropped. Conclusion The liaison nurse promotes the application of fresh nursing concepts and methods in the clinical practice and helps enhance the overall nursing proficiency.
