摘　　要：回顾了建国以来我国农村土地制度的发展演变过程,并对其现状进行了利弊分析;在此基础之上对我国农村土地制度的改革方向进行了讨论;认为政府必须弱化集体权利,将土地逐步乃至最终完全交到农民手中,实现土地的私有化。The development of the rural land system since the founding of new China being reviewed and the current state of the pros and cons of the rural land system being analyzed,the direction of the reform of the rural land system was discussed.It was highly recommended that the government should weaken the collective rights to give back the ownership of land to the hands of farmers gradually and eventually realize the privatization of land.
