摘　　要：由于食品在人类生产生活中居于特殊地位,由其引发的有害效应对社会和经济的影响将是全方位的,从市场供给与需求的角度看,涉及到的利益主体有生产者、消费者和政府三个方面。问题奶粉事件不仅使社会经济效益大幅下降,也引发了巨大的食品行业信任危机。Food was at the special position in the mankind the production the life, harmful influence upon the society and the economy will be all-directions, from supply and demanding in the market we could see that the benefits corpus contains manufacturer, consumer and governments were involved. The social economic performance were not only significantly descend by the affairs of problem milk powder, hut also a huge trust crisis of the food profession were caused.
