摘　　要：通过对加工高硫和高酸值原油时常减压装置的腐蚀原因分析,提出了采取原油掺炼、设备合理选材、有针对性地调整"一脱三注"工艺参数以及逐渐完善腐蚀监测技术等有效控制常减压装置腐蚀的措施。Through analyses of the corrosion mechanism in the process of sour crude oil and acidic crude oil refining,it was found out that though oil commixed, choosing rational steels,appropri- ating＂One Removal Three Injection＂and improving corrosion monitoring technology could control the corrosion of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
