摘  要:环境中的镉可以通过各种途径进入人体,并危害人类健康,而食物摄入是人体积累镉的主要来源。近年来,土壤重金属污染已经严重威胁到食品安全和人类健康。阐述土壤镉污染对水稻生长的影响,分析镉对水稻的毒害和镉在水稻体内的吸收、转运及积累原理,提出具体的土壤调控措施,即从施加外源物质和农田管理两个方面阐述如何减少水稻对镉的吸收,进而提高稻米质量和保证食品安全性。There are many approaches for the cadmium in the environment to get into human bodies, harming people's health, and the uptake of food is the main source for accumulating cadmium. In recent years, the problem of heavy metal contamination of soil has threatened to the food safety and human health seriously. This article described the influence of soil cadmium pollution on the growth of rice and soil management methods, and then examined approaches to reduce the absorption of cadmium in rice from applying exogenous substances and farmland management respectively.
