摘　　要：专利管理信息化可以推进创新型国家建设进程。专利检索与分析系统、专利申报系统和专利交易系统是产业集群专利管理信息化体系的主要构成要素。阐释了三者的设计思路。The informatization of patent management could push forward the construction of innovative countury. Patent search and analysis system、patent declare system and patent exchange system are the main factors of Industrial Clusters＇ Patent Management information system. The article explained the design idea of the three systems.
