摘　　要：针对《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》中规费项目的列项组成和有关条文说明,探讨了工伤保险的性质及其相关法律条文,同时结合建设工程行业的具体特点和各地方关于工伤保险费的实践操作,将危险作业意外伤害险与工伤保险进行对比对比,论述了在《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》中明示列入工伤保险费具有重大的法律意义与社会意义,指出了在规费项目中明示列出工伤保险费的重要性与必要性。According to the fee items and explanation in Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works, the nature and legal provisions of the work-related injury insurance were discussed. With the characteristics of construction industry and implementation of work-related injury insurance in different regions, comparing accident insurance in dangerous work with work-related injury insurance, the legal and social significances were analyzed by listing the work-related injury insurance in Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works. It is essential to list the work-related injury insurance in the fees explicitly.
