论我国政府管理创新中电子政务建设的优化

摘　　要：电子政务是政府实现管理创新的重要方式。政府借助现代科技力量创新行政管理理念,优化政府权力运行模式,简化行政程序降低行政成本,提高政务效率。目前我国电子政务发展较快,但电子政务建设中存在的许多问题已经成为政府管理创新发展的瓶颈,亟待解决。目前,电子政务建设方面存在标准不统一、重"电子"轻"政务"、数字鸿沟现象和信息化水平不高等问题。为发展电子政务以促进政府管理创新,要统一标准,转变观念,加强政府门户网站和网站群建设,完善"一站式"服务系统。E-governance innovation is the most important way in administration. There are some problems such as nonuniform standards, neglect of governance, differences in the number of networks , and low level of information . The correct measures are to uniform standards, to adopt new ideas, to strengthen building the government portals and website groups, to improve the ＂one-stop＂ service system.
