竖井进流水平旋流式内消能工的空化特性

摘　　要：竖井进流水平旋流式内消能工是一种泄流能力强、消能率高、可节省总工程投资的新型消能工。运用这种新型消能工将施工导流洞改建为永久泄洪洞是解决高坝水力设计中泄水建筑物的安全和消能问题的新途径。本文对该种消能工的空化特性进行了试验研究,给出了旋流器收缩比为0.35时的空化基本特性,并提出在起旋器升坎后直接补气是减免起旋器升坎后空化的一项有效措施。The horizontal vortex flow inner energy dissipator with Inlet Shaft (HVFIEDIS) is a new type of dissipators with the excellet properties of large discharge, high dissipation rate and the lower total project cost. The application of HVFIEDIS to reconsrtuct the construction discharge tunnel into permanent discharge tunnel is a new path in solving the problems appearing in high-dams' hydraulic design for sluicing structure's safety and dissipation. In this paper, an experiment has been carried out to study on the cavitation characteristics of the HVFIEDIS. It gives the cavitation characteristics of the hydrocyclone with contraction ratio of 0. 35. And it presents a effective method of avoiding the cavitation of hydrocyclone by aeration for the protuberance of the hydro-cyclone.
