摘  要:介绍了一种高背压、大可视化场的定容弹及控制系统。系统可对定容弹内充气压力、充气温度、油泵转速、喷射压力等影响喷雾特性的关键量进行数据采集,同时通过快速电磁阀来驱动油泵的断油装置,实现定喷射脉宽的单次喷射。试验结果表明:该系统可控制可视化定容弹单次喷射装置直观、方便、可靠地运行,提高了试验效率。A constant volume bomb(CVB) with high back pressure and wide visualization which can be used for spray experiment was presented. Using this CVB, the key datas affecting spray characteristics, such as back pressure, air temperature, oil pump speed, injection pressure, can be acquired and displayed on the data acquisition and control panel. In order to realize the single injection with constant pulse, the position of stop fuel lever of oil pump was controlled by using rapid electromagnetic valves. The experimental result shows that the CVB data acquisition and control system is convenient and reliable and also improves the efficiency of spray experiment.
