摘　　要：山东省开展社区卫生服务已有十多年的时间,但是社区卫生服务在诸多方面还存在许多问题,还有大量的卫生决策需要做出。现阶段社区卫生服务的筹资机制还不够完善,筹资渠道也比较狭窄,现有的研究未对各筹资渠道进行明确分类、区别分析。本研究根据山东省的情况对重点人群进行了"个人深入访谈"研究,就是为了解山东省社区卫生服务各筹资渠道的现状,为山东省决策机构制定关于社区卫生服务的政策提供依据。Community health services have been implemented for more than ten years, but some problems still exist and need to be solved. Presently, the financing mechanism is imperfect with limited channel and undefined classification. According to the current situation in Shandong Province, key group was surveyed by in-depth individual interview to study the financing channel of community health services, and obtain the reference to make policy of community health services for the policymaking institution
