摘　　要：为了充分突出产品的个性化要求,对产品设计以及结构、性能进行不断的优化后,大大提高了熔模铸造工艺的难度,如果不能很好的解决组树、制壳、涂挂、撒砂、风干、清砂、铸件清理等工艺问题,对于产品结构的优化就没有保障。In order to sufficiently represent the individual demand of each product, the optimizations on its design, structure and property are made, which highly increase the difficulty of investment casting process. The optimization of product structure can not be guaranteed if the following problems can not be solved effectively including assembly of wax pattern, coating, drying, knocking out, etc.
