摘　　要：介绍了一种新型金属型等温淬火球墨铸铁(AD)I磨球全覆砂自动化生产线的工艺装备和流程,详细论述了模具、射芯机、浇铸等设备的功能特点,并提出了生产线目前存在的问题和解决方案,指出磨球自动化生产线具有广阔的市场应用前景。A novel type automatic production line for casting austempered ductile iron grinding balls with the metal mould was introduced, including equipment and processes. Some functional characteristics of dies, core shooting machines and casting processes were discussed and some existing problems and solution methods for the production line were presented. At last, it is pointed out that there will be a huge market for the grinding ball automatic production line.
