摘 要:在生产过程中,对于不同壁厚的铸件,改变CE和Si/C值,试验了它们对灰铸铁性能和组织的影响。结果表明:当CE一定,Si/C值由0.6~1.0之间变化时,所对应的强度和硬度是条相似的凸形抛物线,当Si/C值达到0.8左右时强度硬度出现峰值,当Si/C〉0.9时强度硬度随Si/C值增加而急速下降。Si/C值一定,改变CE,强度硬度随Si/C值增加而下降。当CE〉3.9%、Si/C〉1.0或CE〉4.0%、Si/C〉0.9时铸件产生疏松倾向加剧,并伴有较多的铁素体产生,即使对壁厚小于10mm的薄壁件也产生铁素体。当Si/C〉0.95时,铁液呈糊状凝固,流动性下降。During the production, the influence of the changing of CE and Si/C on gray cast iron's performance and microstructure, of which wall thickness was different, was teste. The results indicate that., when CE was fixed and the value of Si/C changed from 0.6 to 1.0, the curves of strength and hardness to Si/C were similar convex parabola; when the value of Si/C reached about 0.8, the peak value of strength and hardness appeared; when the value bigger than 0.9, the strength and hardness decreased swiftly as the Si/C value increased; when Si/C value was fixed and CE changed, the strength and hardness decreased as the Si/C value increased; when CE〉3.9%, Si/C〉1.0 or CE〉4.0%, Si/C〉0.9, the tendency of occurring porosity in castings intensified, meanwhile many ferrite were produced, even in the thin walled parts less than 10 mm; when Si/C〉0.95, the molten iron present pulpiness.
