摘 要:针对4JB1汽车发动机缸体缸盖内腔存在大量粘砂,使得汽缸导热性降低,从而带来许多负面效应,试验采用合理的喷丸清理工艺,对4JB1发动机缸体缸盖铸件内腔粘砂进行清理,取得了较好的效果。提出建立自动化程度较高的缸体缸盖喷丸清理线来适应大批量生产的需要,还介绍了解决缸盖清理线几个关键技术问题、清理流程、布置及特点。When general core coating is utilized for producing 4JB1 automobile's engine cylinder, a large amount of burn-on or penetration will be generated inside the cylinder head, which will lower the thermal conductivity of the cylinder and accordingly bring forth numerous negative effects. The experiments and research results have shown that positive effects can be achieved if the reasonable blasting cleaning process is adopted for removing the burn-on inside 4JB1 automobile's engine cylinder. So it was proposed to establish a shot-blasting cleaning line for automatic cylinder body and cylinder head to meet the requirement of mass-production. Some key technical problems on layout of the cleaning line for cylinder head, cleaning flow sheet and the characteristics were also given.
