摘 要:考察了四种载体、银含量及焙烧温度等参数对银基催化剂催化丙烯选择还原NO的反应性能,并采用NO-TPD、低温氮气吸附/脱附技术对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,γ-Al2O3作为载体以其较大的比表面积、孔道结构和适宜的酸性,表现出较好的催化活性;活性组分Ag最佳担载质量分数为2%;最适宜的焙烧温度为600℃。在此条件下,Ag/Al2O3催化剂具有较好的催化丙烯还原NO性能。Effects of different supports, Ag loading and calcination temperature on the catalytic performance of Ag-based catalysts for selective catalytic reduction of NO with propene were investigated. The results indicated that the catalyst prepared by γ-Al2O3 support showed higher activity than that of others, as the result of its larger specific surface area, pore size and proper acidic property. In addition, the best loading of Ag was mass fraction of 2% and the optimum calcination temperature was 600℃. Under this condition, Ag/Al2O3 possessed better catalytic performance in NO reduction by propene.
