摘 要:在电力规划中考虑需求侧管理方案从而实现成本最小化是近些年来世界能源领域研究的热点问题。基于我国需求侧管理以及供应侧资源的概况,以综合能源成本为准则,对需求侧以及供应侧的各种资源进行筛选,得出总成本最小的电力资源组合,并以我国某省的实际数据对该模型进行了实证研究,结论证明该方法得出的规划方案成本小于传统规划方法。How to take into account of demand side management (DSM) in electric power planning to minimize cost is one hot topic in the energy study field of the world. Based on the conditions of DSM and generation resources in China, the integrated cost of energy (ICOE) was used as the criteria for selecting various resources both in the demand and the supply sides to obtain the power resource combination with minimum cost. The data of a province in China were then used to carry out empirical study of the model, and the results showed that the planning scheme by this model is less costed than that by traditional methods.
