摘 要:[目的]探讨中药材无机元素的优化分析方法。[方法]用微波消解ICP-AES法测定曹丹中锌、钴、锰、铜、镍、铬、铁、铝、钙、镁、锶、铅、镉、砷和硒等无机元素的含量。[结果]结果表明,曹丹中含有丰富的对人体有益的微量元素,其中常量元素锌、铁、铜和锰含量较高,这与其药效作用相吻合。该方法的加标回收率为94.6%~104.3%,RSD(n=5)<5.6%,方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好,且多种元素可同时测定。[结论]该研究结果可为曹丹的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。[ Objective ] The purpose of this research was to study the optimum analysis method on inorganic elements in traditional Chinese medicine. [ Method] Determination of inorganic elements in Caodan such as Zn, Co, Mn, Cu, Ni, Cr, Fe, Al, Ca, Mg, Sr, Pb, Cd,As, Se was carried out by microwave digestion ICP-AES method. [ Result ] The results indicated that ICP-AES method was simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate,and could determine far more one kind of element simultaneously. Its recovery ratio obtained by standard addition method ranged from 94.6% - 104.3% , and its RSD (n = 5 ) was lower than 5.6%. Caodan had rich inorganic elements, which were essential to human health. The content of common elements Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu were higher,matching the case of its drug efficacy. [Conclusion]The results of this research could provide a theoretical basis for further utilization of Caodan.
