摘  要:[目的]揭示转双抗虫基因741杨对杨扇舟蛾幼虫的致死效应规律。[方法]用转基因741杨不同系号在室内饲养杨扇舟蛾幼虫,研究取食转基因741杨不同发育天数、不同龄期以及不同世代的杨扇舟蛾幼虫死亡率。[结果]转基因741杨对不同发育天数、不同龄期的杨扇舟蛾幼虫均有一定的致死效应,但随着幼虫的生长发育,致死效应降低。发育天数少、低龄幼虫的死亡率高,发育天数多、高龄幼虫的死亡率低。转基因741杨对取食2代的杨扇舟蛾幼虫也具有一定的致死效应,且高于取食1代的杨扇舟蛾幼虫。[结论]在一定的时间内,随着幼虫的发育,取食时间的延长,杨扇舟蛾幼虫对转基因741杨抗虫性的抵抗力增强且逐渐适应,但随着取食代数的增加,致死效应则加强;转基因741杨对杨扇舟蛾幼虫的抗性具有持续性。[ Objective ] The study aimed to reveal the lethal effect law of the transgenic hybrid poplar 741 with 2 insect-resistant genes to Clostera anachoreta Fabricius larva. [ Method] The C. anachoreta larva were bred in room with transgenic poplar 741 in different lines to study the mortality of C. anachoreta larva with different development days,instars and generations,which ate transgenic poplar 741. [ Result ] The transgenic poplar 741 had some lethal effect on C. anachoreta larvae with different development days and instars,but the lethal effect was decreased with the growth and development of larvae. The mortality of larvae with fewer development days and lower instars was high ,and the mortality of larvae with more development days and higher instars were low. The transgenic poplar 741 also had a certain lethal effect on the C. anachoreta larvae of the feeding 2nd generation,and was higher than that of the feeding 1 st generation ones. [ Conclusion ] In a certain period, The resistance of C. anachoreta larvae to transgenic hybrid poplar 741 was heightened and adapted gradually with the larvae growth and prolonging of feeding, but along with the increase of feeding generations,the lethal effect was stronger. The transgenic poplar 741 had persistence on resistance of C. anachoreta. Fabricius larvae.
