摘  要:为了解淮南高塘湖沉积物中重金属直接和潜在的危害程度,为重金属污染防治提供科学依据,用TAS-986型原子吸收分光光度计对其中的重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Ni进行总量分析测定,利用BCR逐级提取法分析沉积物样品汇总的重金属赋存特征,研究高塘湖沉积物重金属总量及形态特征。结果表明:高塘湖底泥重金属平均含量除Zn未超过淮南市土壤背景值以外,其余重金属全部超标,其中超标最严重的是Cd;由重金属形态分析可知,Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd主要以残渣态的形式存在,表现出较弱的迁移性,重金属元素Cd的可交换态高达21%,该部分极易转化,给环境以及人类健康带来一定威胁。In order to find out the direct and potential harnfful influence of heavy metals in sediment of Gaotang lake and supply scientific data to the protection against heavy metal pollution, the total amount of five heavy metal elements (Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Ni ) in sediment from Gaotang lake were determined by TAS -986 atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The occurrence state of heavy metals in sediment sample was analyzed, total amount and morphological characteristics were studied by BCR sequential extraction procedure. The results showed that average content of heavy metals in sediment of Gaotang Fake were all over standard except for Zn, among which, the pollution of Cd was the worst. Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd existed in residual fraction which represented weak mobility. The exchangeable speeiation of Cd was up to 21% which can transformed easily that will harm the environment and human health.
