摘 要:针对上海市水环境生态系统在水系分布、水资源及其利用、水污染、水利工程建设和生态系统等方面存在的主要问题,从"状态—压力—响应"指标层出发,建立了上海市水环境生态安全评价指标体系。评价结果显示,2003~2006年上海市水环境生态安全评价综合值逐年上升,表明水环境生态安全总体形势趋于好转;但状态评价值逐年下降,表明上海市水环境生态系统持续受损,而压力评价值和响应评价值的逐年增加是上海市水环境生态安全综合评价值呈上升趋势的重要原因。According to the main problem in water distribution, water resource utilization, water pollution, water conservancy construction and ecological system of the water environmental system in Shanghai, this paper established the evaluation index system of water environmental safety in Shanghai from the index of "Status-pressure-response". The evaluation result showed that the evaluation value of water environmental ecological safety was rising year by year from 2003 to 2006, and the overall trend was getting better. But the state evaluation value declined year by year. It proved that the water environmental system was damaged continuously, and the rising of pressure value and response value were the main reasons which caused the rising of evaluation value of water environmental ecological safety.
