农民工的社会保障现状及参保意愿研究——以河北省唐山市为例

摘　　要：[目的]了解和探讨唐山市农民工社会保障现状和参保意愿。[方法]采用多分类Logistic回归方法对唐山市1 050名农民工的社会保障现状、参保意愿及其影响因素进行调查研究。[结果]农民工对社会保险各险种的参保意愿受多种现实因素影响和制约。[结论]政策制定者在建立和完善农民工社会保障相关制度安排时应充分考虑到农民工的自身意愿,以提高制度运行的效率。[ Objectives l The paper aimed to find out and discuss the social security status and willingness of participating the insurance program of migrant workers. [ Method] Social security status,participating willingness and its effect factors of 1 050 migrant workers in Tangshan city were investigated by muhinomial logical regression method . [Result]Participating willingness was inflected and restricted by a lots of actual factors. [ Conclusions ] In order to increase the efficiency of system functions, policy eonstitutors should be take into full consideration on the willing of migrant workers,when they established and perfected the relative institutions.
