我国MIS应用运行中的信息服务工作内容及管理制度

摘　　要：MIS应用运行中的信息服务内容除各级各类信息中心能按日、按月汇总数据并提供报表外,还应包括做基于业务数据的专题检索数据库,提供网页信息回溯性检索数据库,为预测和决策做咨询信息服务工作。据此,MIS运行管理部门要对信息服务进行相应的管理,而管理就要建立相应的管理制度。目前我国各级各类机构的MIS运行管理部门其信息服务工作并不十分令人满意,应对此进行相应的研究和探讨,以有利于提高我国MIS的应用效益。The contents of information services under the information system not only can provide aggregate data and statements daily, monthly but also include doing business data on the topic searchable database, providing network information retrospective searchable database, doing advisory information service for forecasting and decision-making. According to these reasons, the departments of information system management must make the appropriate management, and establish the appropriate management systems. Now it is not very satisfactory on the work of various types of information system management in China. Therefore, we should do a corresponding study and exploration to help improve the effectiveness of information system application.
