摘  要:利用ICAP6300型光谱仪先进的指纹图谱技术,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定多目标地球化学样品中35种元素的分析方法。样品以HCl,HNO3,HF和HClO4混合酸进行前处理,采用多谱线强度平均法、基体匹配法和背景扣除法消除基体干扰。在最佳仪器工作条件和分析测试条件下,微量元素的检出限为0.001~5.0ug/g。通过对国家一级标准物质GBW07430进行检测,各元素的测定值与标准值相符。该方法加入标准物质回收率为80%~120%,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,12=12)〈6.1%。A direct determination of 35 trace elements in multi-purpose geochemical samples by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and objective to investigate into the fingerprint chromatography of ICAP 6300 was developed. The sample was dissolved in HC1, HNO3, HF and HC104 mixed acids. Matrix effect was eliminated by multi-wave identity average, matrix-matching and background correct techniques. In the optimized instrumental operating and analytical measurement conditions, the detection limits of the method for 35 trace elements were 0. 001 -5.0 ug/g. The method has been applied to the determination of multi-purpose geochemical samples, and results conform to the National Standard Reference Material ( GBW 07430). The recoveries of the method for the standard materials are 80 % -120 % with precision of less than 6.1% RSD (n = 12).
