摘 要:采用热固性反应树脂(PME)和聚乳酸(PLA)反应挤出制备了高粘度PLA。结果表明,PME交联网络的形成可以使PLA的粘度明显提高,并使PLA的断裂伸长率和冲击强度基本不变,拉伸强度提高。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究表明,复合材料存在相分离,是不相容的体系。High-viscosity poly(lactic acid) (PLA) was prepared using thermosetting reactive resin (PME) by in situ reactive extrusion. The results showed that the form of crosslinked network by PME could obviously improve the viscosity and tensile strength of PLA, and keep the elongation at break and impact strength invariable. The morphology of PLA/PME was studied by SEM, and the results revealed that PLA and PME were immiscible.
