摘 要:采用平板动态流变仪研究了聚碳酸酯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PC/PET)共混体系熔体在设定温度下的动态流变性能,探讨了(苯乙烯/马来酸酐)无规共聚物(SMA)、丙烯酸酯共聚物(M1)以及(乙烯/丙烯酸酯/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)共聚物(M2)3种增容剂对PC/PET共混体系相容性的影响;考察了不同增容剂、PET含量对PC/PET共混体系的动态复合粘度、动态储能模量及损耗因子等动态流变参数的影响。结果发现,3种增容剂均能增强分子间作用力和分子链之间的缠结,提高界面粘合,其中M2的增容效果最有效。Dynamic theological properties of PC/PET blends were studied by plate dynamic rheometer at set temperatures and different frequencies, and the effects of the amount of compatibilizers and PET on the rheological parameters such as the complex viscosity, storage modulus and loss factor were also investigated. The results indicated that the three kinds of compatibilizers could enhance the interactions between PC and PET by reducing coalescence and interfacial tension, resulting in enhancement of the interfacial viscosity and adhesion.
