医用臭氧局部痛点注射结合被动功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肩周痛点分布情况及医用臭氧局部痛点注射结合被动功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的有效性。方法将66例肩周炎患者分为两组,在诊察过程中,将有糖尿病及激素过敏的患者列入试验组,试验组27例,对照组39例。试验组采用医用臭氧痛点注射,对照组采用药物痛点注射。痛点选择喙突、肱骨大小结节、结节间沟、肩峰下、岗下肌、大圆肌和小圆肌压等处,并嘱患者在他人的帮助下行被动功能锻炼。结果治疗结束后两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论臭氧治疗是一种安全有效的治疗方法,特别适用于不适合使用激素的患者。Objective To investigate the distribution of scapulohumeral tender spot and observe the clinical effiects of medical ozone tender spot injection combined with passive functional exercise on scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Sixty - six patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into two groups. In the observe group, 27 patients with diabetes mellitus or hypersensitive to hormone were treated with medical ozone tender spot injection. In the control group, other 39 patients without the diseases mentioned above were treated with pain point injection. The pain spots selected were processus coracoideus, humerus tuberculum majus and tuberculum minus, sulcus intertubercularis, subacromial, musculus irffraspinatus, mnsculus teres major, musculus teres minor, and so on. And patients were asked to do passive functional exercise under help of others. Results It was comparable between the two groups in effective rates , and there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion Ozone therapy is a safe and effective method, especially for the patients hypersensitive to hormone.
