摘　　要：文章在分析可伸缩矢量图形(SVG)特点的基础上,探讨了如何使用SVG对空间数据进行组织和编码,提出了基于SVG建立WebGIS的体系结构方案,并基于该体系结构实现了一个原型系统。The article discusses many features of SVG,and explores how to organize and encode spatial data based on SVG. We design a SVG-based WebGIS architecture based on the designed data organization, and encoding scheme.and implements a prototype system based on the architecture.
