探讨我国大学衍生企业形成机制中大学的核心作用

摘　　要：文章通过大量国内外文献的整理，从大学机构、制度政策与社会环境三个方面，对影响国内外大学衍生企业形成的决定因素进行了分析与比较；并结合现实提出了结论：在我国独特的体制下，大学机构才是能够有效发展大学衍生企业的核心力量，而政府与社会资源作为协助，为大学提供政策保障与资源支持。This paper presents findings from an analysis of the determinants of the formation of universtiy spin-off companies from organizational, institutional and external aspects after reviewing amounts of research fruits. We find that universities play a core role in the development of spinoff companies under the unique administrative mechism of China, while governments and social partners should privide with their assistance in policy making and resources supporting.
