摘  要:采用Sol-gel法合成的TiO2粉体制备了复合催化剂SO24-/TiO2/NCF。利用太阳光和250W自镇流荧光高压汞灯作为光源,采用悬浆体系,通过对照实验,研究了复合催化剂SO42-/TiO2/NCF与纯TiO2、SO42-/TiO2和TiO2/NCF对甲基橙水溶液的光催化脱色效果,初步考察了复合催化剂投加量、光源对脱色效果的影响。在实验条件下,太阳光激发的2g/L的复合催化剂的脱色速率最高,达0.1112min,其次为250W自镇流荧光高压汞灯激发的4g/L的复合催化剂的脱色速率,达0.04547min-1。A complex catalyst SO24-/TiO2/NCF was prepared. The TiO2 powder was prepared by sol:gel method. The photocatalytic decolorization of methyl orange (MO) solutions with SO24-/TiO2/NCF, TiO2, SO24-/TiO2 and TiO2/NCF was investigated under the irradiation of sun light or a 250 W mercury blended lamp(MBL). The effects of dosage of catalysts and light resource on decolorization efficiency were studied. It was found that 2 g/L of SO24-/TiO2/NCF complex catalyst irradiated by solar radiation gave, the highest decolorization rate constant, 0. 1112 min-1, and the next best was 0. 04745 min-1of 4 g/L of SO24-/TiO2/NCF complex catalyst irradiated by MBL.
