摘 要:以乙酰乙酸乙酯和尿素为原料,聚乙二醇-500(PEG-500)为相转移催化剂,在微波辐射下合成了6-甲基脲嘧啶。探讨了催化剂用量、原料配比、微波功率、微波辐射时间、相转移催化剂种类及相转移催化剂用量对6-甲基脲嘧啶收率的影响。较适宜的反应条件为:n(尿素)∶n(乙酰乙酸乙酯0.05mol)为1.2∶1.0,PEG-500用量0.5g,对甲苯磺酸用量0.5g,微波功率324W,反应时间4min,收率88.3%。6-Methyluracil was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and urea using PEG-500 as phase transfer catalysts (PTC) under microwave irradiation. The effects of different factors, such as the kinds of phase transfer catalysts (PTC),the quantity of PTC,the mole ratio of urea to ethyl acetoacetate, the microwave power,the irradiation time and the quantity of p-toluene sulfonic acid on the yield of product were investigated. The appropriate reaction conditions were as follows:ethyl acetoacetate was 0.05 mol,n(urea) : n(ethyl acetoacetate)= 1.2 : 1.0, the amount of PEG-500 was 0.6 g,the amount of p-toluene sulfonic acid was 0.6 g, the power of microwave was 324 W and the irradiation time was 4 min. The yield of 6- methyluracil was 88.3%.
