摘  要:为了解决原模拟控制系统存在的控制精度低、稳定性差和可靠性低等问题,提出了一种采用全数字直流调速控制系统为主,并保留原"SCR-D+模拟调节+PLC控制"系统为备用的设计方案。全数字控制系统由PLC与轴编码器配合,构成数字化行程监控器,同时自动生成S型速度曲线,并且根据提升机的要求,可在线修改速度、加速度和行程等参数。实践表明,该系统能够在很宽的范围内高精度调速,提高了系统的稳定性。In order to resolve the problems of original analog control system, such as low control accuracy, unstable, and low reliability, etc. , a scheme is put forward, in which entire digital DC speed control system is the main control, and the retaining original "SCR-D + analog regulation + PLC control" system as assist. The digital control system is composed of PLC and shaft encoder to structure digital stroke monitor, and S-type speed curve automatically. In addition, the parameters including speed, acceleration and stroke, etc. , can be revised online in accordance with the requirement of elevator. The practice indicates that the speed can be regulated in wide range precisely by the system and the stability of the system is enhanced.
