摘 要:利用全矢量平面波法分析三角晶格结构空心光子晶体光纤(PCF)的结构参数包层空气孔直径d、包层空气孔间距Λ、包层的空气填充率F以及介电常数对光子带隙的影响。通过模拟计算发现,随着d、F、介电常数的增大以及Λ的减小,带隙宽度也随之增大。说明了采用何种参数配置能实现宽带隙的PCF,并模拟出在这些结构参数下的带隙分布图。Using the full-vector plane-wave method the effects of the structure parameters of the triangular lattice photonic crystal fiber (PCF) on the photonic band gap are analyzed, which include hole diameter d, pitch A, air filling fraction F, dielectric constant, etc.. Through simulation calculation it is found that the photonic band gap increases with the increasing of d, F, and dielectric constant as well as the decreasing of A. Finally how to realize relatively large band gap by using appropriate parameter configuration is described and the band gap distribution map under these design parameters is simulated.
