摘 要:利用光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)中心反射波长对应力变化灵敏度高的特性,研制了一种新型的FBG公路车流量监视系统。该系统由2个FBG传感器按照一定的串接方式组合而成,利用光电转换器件与单片机的接口技术将系统前端输出的光信号转化成电信号,再用单片机编程实现数据的处理及分析。从理论上分析了该识别系统的工作原理,通过实验研究,证明该系统的车辆识别准确率达100%。该系统具有抗潮湿、抗粉尘和抗电磁干扰的优点,有望进一步推广,替代现有的电子类监测设备。A novel fiber Bragg grating (FBG) highway traffic monitoring system is developed utilizing the high sensitivity of FBG's central reflection wavelength on stress variation. The system is composed of two FBG sensors that are combined in a certain series manner. It utilizes O/E conversion device and MCU's interfacing technology to convert the optical signal output from system front end into electric signal, and makes use of the programming of MCU to realize the process and analysis of the data. The operation principle of the identification system is analyzed theoretically, and the identification accuracy of the system on the vehicles is proved through experiment to be 100%. This system features moisture proof, anti-dust, and EMI immunity, so it is expected that it can be widely used instead of existing electronic type of monitoring apparatus.
