摘 要:目的研究光合细菌对皂素生产废水的处理效果及其影响因素。方法在单因子实验的基础上,进行四因素三水平的正交试验,根据CODcr值变化跟踪监测水质情况,考察在各种条件下PSB对废水的处理效果,并进行实验验证。结果在接种量25%,pH值为7,光照强度为2 000Lx,30℃下厌氧培养72 h,废水的去除率可达44.94%,可生化性达到0.52。结论通过光合细菌处理后的皂素废水COD降低,可生化性提高,为废水的后续处理奠定了基础。Aim To study the effects and influence factors of treating wastewater from saponin manufacturing by photosynthetic bacteria. Methods On Shah factor experiment basis, three horizontal orthogonality carrying out four factors test, tracking monitors of water' s qualities changed according to CODer values, inspecting the effect of various PSB condition treatments on wastewater, the experiment is verified in progress. Results In inoculating amount 25%, pH value is 7, the illumination intensity is 2000 Lx, anaerobism trains for 72 hours at 30℃, the waste water dislodge rate amounts to 44. 94%, and the biochemistry reaches 0. 52. Conclusion After the treatment, the waste water' s COD is reduced, the biochemistry raises, and it established a basis for the past-treament of wastewater.
