摘 要:采用金属喷涂技术,利用镍镉镍硅热电偶测量高温受热面炉内壁温,研究大容量电站锅炉超温及内壁产生氧化皮剥落引起爆管事故的原因.在国华太仓电厂600 MW超临界锅炉上应用了此技术,通过试验实测末级过热器炉内壁温,并与理论分段计算方法相结合,得到较为准确的末级受热面炉内壁温的分布,找到了爆管的原因.研究结果表明:采用金属喷涂炉内热电偶的方法可行,且测量结果较为准确.Using metal spraying technology, the tube wall temperature of high-temperature heating surface in the furnace was measured by Nichrome-Nicalloy thermocouple to study the causes for overheating and tube bursting caused by exfoliation of iron scale emerged in the inner wall of large capacity utility boiler. The technology was applied to a 600 MW supercritical boiler in Guohua Taicang Electric Power Co. , Ltd. Through test, the wall temperatures in the furnace of the final stage superheater were measured. Combined with the theoretical method of sectional calculation, the wall temperature distribution in the furnace was exactl that the method of y obtained, thus the causes for tube bursting were found. The research results show installing thermocouples in the furnace by metal spraying technology is feasible, and the measuring results are correct.
