摘 要:根据同轴相向撞击流混合器的混合特点,建立了冷、热水在该混合器对撞混合过程中混合器出口温度的计算模型,计算了出口温度随冷、热水入口温度的阶跃而变化的动态过程,并考察了冷、热水进口流量和混合器容积对这一动态过程的影响。结果表明,混合器出口温度的动态过程是无振荡的渐趋过程,其调整时间随着进口流量和混合器体积的增加而显著增加。A calculation model of the outlet temperature of the coaxial opposite direction impinging mixers was founded in the impinging and mixing process of cool and hot water based on the mixing characteristics of the mixers, the dynamic process of the outlet temperature varying with phase step of the inlet temperature of cool and hot water was calculated, the influence of the flow of cool and hot water at inlet and the volume of the mix- ers on the dynamic process was investigated. The result shows that the dynamic process of the inlet temperature of the mixers is an asymptotic process without oscillation, the regulating time significantly increases with the increases of the flow at inlet and the volume of mixers.
