摘 要:热像仪图像质量的好坏很大程度上取决于噪声的控制,所以热像仪噪声的评价与测试显得非常重要。对一代32元线列探测器与二代288×4焦平面探测器的扫描型热像仪进行了三维噪声对比测试。结合热像仪整机系统的原理和结构,详细对比分析了各个噪声分量产生的原因。分别计算一代与二代扫描型热像仪的空间噪声等效温差(S-NETD)与时间噪声等效温差(T-NETD)。研究表明,一代热像仪空间噪声占主导地位,空间相关的噪声和时间相关的噪声相差较大,而二代热像仪的时间与空间噪声相对比较平均,从噪声分析角度来说,一代与二代扫描型热像仪的主要区别在于空间相关的噪声而不是时间相关的噪声。为三维噪声分析的必要性提供实践依据,为热像仪系统的设计和评价提供参考。The thermal image quality is partly determined by the controlling of noise, so evaluation and testing of noise have important effect for the thermal imaging system. In this paper, we compared the testing of the first generation with linear array consisting of 32 detectors and the second generation with array consisting of 288 × 4 detectors scanning thermal imaging systems by using three-dimension noise model. We detailedly analyzed the reasons of producing noise by the results of NETD and the theory of thermal imaging system. The results show that the spatial noise has main contribution and has large difference with the temporal noise in the first generation scanning system. But the spatial noise has similar contribution with the temporal noise in the second generation system. The main difference about noise of two systems is spatial noise but not the temporal noise. The results suggested that it is important to analyze three-dimension noise. This provided a reference for designing and evaluation of thermal imaging system.
