摘 要:为解决含腐蚀性介质油气田开发过程中的腐蚀问题,降低开发成本,设计了一种新型双金属复合管结构并提出其制造技术方案,该技术可以有效地解决双金属复合管在油田现场使用时的螺纹连接和焊接难题。设计的新型双金属复合管,使油田现场使用的螺纹连接或焊接变为同种材料的连接,结构简单,操作容易,可靠性高,容易实现机械化、自动化和批量生产。For solving the problem concerning carrion as encountered with in exploring corrosive mediumcontaining oil/gas fields, and thus reducing the operation costs, the structure of a new type dual metal clad pipe is designed and the solution of manufacture technology thereof proposed. With the said technology, the chronic problems with respect to site thread connection and welding of the dual metal clad pipes in the oil/gas field are expected to be effectively fixed. The newly-designed structure of the dual metal clad pipe will enable the said site thread connection and welding to be fulfilled by means of connection between the identical materials. The new type structure features simplicity, easy operation, and high reliability, being easy for mechanical, automatic and massive production in the sector.
